Chrome plated aluminum dash trim ring. If installing a new helm or upgrading to a full hydraulic steering system you might find that the original cut out made from the manufacturer will not be covered by the new steering bezel. This plate is designed to mount under the new bezel thus covering the exposed holes or cut out. When installing this plate under the new bezel , the overall thickness of your dash should not exceed 1 3/8" thick.
